The location of the hotel is convenient for dining and shopping as there are plenty of options nearby. the staff members are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' requests. the hotel also allows guests to store their luggage for free, which is a nice bonus.

The rooms are quite noisy due to the air conditioning units and the lack of natural light because of the room's location facing a wall, creating a dull atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating during my stay. They went out of their way to help me find a better room when I asked, and even let me leave my luggage at the hotel after I checked out. The location of the hotel was also great, with lots of options for dining and shopping just a few steps away. One highlight was the nearby Batanghari Plaza with its variety of eateries near the bridge.

We had a great stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even helping us get a better room when we asked. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel for free, which was a big convenience. The hotel is located near restaurants and shopping options, with a plaza nearby that has lots of great eateries.
